About Us

We need your support! Help us grow our social impact startup in Utah County.

About Us

Around 1 in 5 people are neurodivergent.
(Neurodiversity, 2022)

From famous actors to brilliant scientists to family members and friends, neurodivergent individuals enhance our communities and bring unique, valuable skills to the table.

Our Vision

Create a workplace

We provide a supportive, creative, and fun environment where our community members who think outside the box can develop their skills and thrive in the workplace.

Partner with businesses

We are seeking to certify our mentors as job coaches through the state of Utah’s employment specialist training. We strive to connect our loyal, uniquely skilled workers with community businesses.

Train to fit

We train our employees to gain skills in relevant areas, helping them secure employment in their desired positions. They will be prepared to contribute fully to the business that is hiring.

Continue to support

We continue to assist our job seekers after they gain employment, making sure that they have the modifications and skills necessary to succeed. We stay connected to help them navigate any challenges they may face in their new roles.

The Ballard Center for Social Impact

As part of BYU’s Marriott School of Business, the Ballard Center for Social Impact seeks to “Do. Good. Better.”

Bricks and Art is grounded in the social impact cycle of the Ballard Center. With their support, we will continue to create more opportunities for local neurodivergent individuals.
